2nd week of Ramadhan
Eh I seriously have no idea on what to put as the post’s title. Hah. Anyhow, how? Placed your orders for the beautiful designer-ish products below? By the way, you can actually click on the pictures so they could enlarge you know. So you can “wow” more than how you previously did by just looking at the smaller versions. Haha.
So the picture for the day:

"Actually, I'm not all that interested in the subject of photography. Once the picture is in the box, I'm not all that interested in what happens next. Hunters, after all, aren't cooks." -Henri Cartier-Bresson
So was I. I didn’t care for what happened after this photo was taken when a guy flew off the ride. Hah!

i'm back! aiyoh sorry late update deh..
So how’s everyone doing! Fine? No? Hmmm. We are now entering the 2nd week of Ramadhan and we are certainly already hearing the songs of Eid on the radio. Somehow it does get us in the mood for Eid, doesn’t it?! Hah.
Alright! Since Eid is undoubtedly drawing near, and I’ve not much to talk about at the moment, plus the fact that I’m actually typing in the dark which I don’t really fancy doing, you guys are in for a surprise! A pleasant one at that! Hah!
A friend of mine by the lovely name of Yuniza Khoo is selling Eid products which are so close to our hearts, Malays esp.: Eid cards and green packets!!! What is Eidul Fitr without green packets and cards you tell me! Hahaha. She’s damned creative la I tell you. She’s super good at designing, graphic, and digital, whatever. Just name it; she can do it. But this one, she denies it violently that she didn’t have a hand at, but these were all designed by her friend, Zig. Hah. So less words, more visual aids lah eh. I’m sure you guys can’t wait, just as I was. Heh!

So how? Nice right! Haha. I’m so in love with a few of them already lah. Heh. Interested in getting either the cards or the packets, which none is, by the way, green-color? Hah. Eh I’m so gonna get the packets la! S$2.00 for a dozen? Quite cheap la. But no, I’m not giving them out anyhow if I’m buying. HAHA. So if any of you people are interested in laying your hands on these beautiful, designer-ish not-the-usual-merepek-cartoon-ish kind cards or packets, or you wanna view more of her products or you wanna know more about her (hahahha!) you can drop by her website:
http://www.yunizakhoo.com/
Eh, I’m just kidding about the not-the-usual-merepek-cartoon-ish thing (as well as knowing more about her. Heh) cos the cartoons usually come with good quotes and funny jokes anyway. But I’m just trying to stress on the point that these are by all means not the conventional kinds but more of the contemporary end. So yeah. I mentioned that the cards and packets are very the designer-ish; they are actually the works of the afore-mentioned Zig, a local designer, whom is Yuniza’s friend. So cool right. Oh yes before I forget. The proceeds from the sales will NOT go to Yuniza, or her designer friend, or me for that matter but the proceeds, yes all of it, will go to CHARITY. Yes! You, when you purchase any of them, are in a way helping the needy as well! Besides, you get to lay your hands on these designer products you know! How cool is that?!
Gosh! *drops and rolls on the floor and dies*

Friday, September 14 @ 8:38:00 AM
great. just great.
Someone told me yesterday something which could change my life for the better.
Then when I woke up this morning, someone else told me something else.
To make it even worse, I read and saw it with my own eyes that it was something else and so that someone has made a deadly mistake.
Arrghh.
Who’s to blame?
Me. I think I heard it wrongly.
Sigh.
Whatever it is, nothing could be done. I'm off to my hideout, for a period longer.
Now life has ended for me.
Bye people.

untitled
At times I wonder why I don’t seem to love what I love, and be happy with it. Well, shift happens.
My life had since come to a standstill early this year and I can safely say this cos I’m already at like the 3rd quarter of the year and I have assessed the whole situation thoroughly. No, I never asked for any of these to happen. No one would, frankly speaking. But why does it happen? Ask god. Only He will have the answer. Is it fate or what, one may ask. It is, sad to say. Cos you have made your fate turn out to be so. You brought it upon yourself, in my case myself.
Now what do I love; numerous. Too many, in fact. But now it has to narrow down drastically. Too drastically, even.
I can thus safely, too, conclude that I have to come to the age of consequence; of my past doings and all. Just like how Al Gore had put it, we all have come to the age of consequence; what our forefathers had done - good or bad - we all are reaping its benefits, and/or facing the music. Hah.
Tomorrow’s D-Day. The first Friday of Ramadhan this year. Hopefully we all can feel the barakath in the air – ya know? Friday and Ramadhan? How wonderful. (:
*heaves a huge sigh*
A little about myself. Haha. I don’t usually do this cos I myself am not sure of what kind of person I am. No, seriously. I mean, I might know you see. That’s precisely why I’m writing this – cos I’ve remembered it. Haha. I rarely pay attention to how I behave and all. Perhaps it pays to carry around with you a full-length mirror so you could see how you walk, how you talk, how you respond to others, how you eat, how you stone when you umm stone, how you blah blah bla. But not practical, I know. Hah. Oh where was I before I blabbered? Yes, a little about myself.
A little about myself – I’m a carpe diem sorta person, who lives life by the day. I enjoy, or hate for that matter, every single second of the day depending on how the day’s like. And I'd be truly affected by it and my mood for the rest of the day would then depend on how my day had gone. This I think is not quite good. We should be planning for the future; for failing to plan is to plan for a failure. Very the cliché. But it’s true. I’m sure there are a lot out there who’re planners. Born planners. I’m not one. Ha-ha. I tell myself most of the time that I have lotsa time to do things. So
dah lah carpe diem
-er, procrastinator
pulak tu.
Aiyoh. Bad combination lah!
I was saying about life coming to a standstill. I had since realized it soon enough and am now on the verge of a giving-up cliff.
Sidetrack: I’m really beginning to love blogging cos I have never done these kinda self-reflections before lah! I’d either forget to reflect upon myself or something lah. Haha. Thanks to God there’s Blogger, and Live Journal and etc! Hahaha. Sorry, getting back. Quoting my previous art teacher, Mr Tay G C, who last year said: “When you procrastinate, you won’t realize it. It’s until the huge snow-ball effect comes rolling down the hill kinda thing then you start panicking.” This is pretty universal. It’s either you know it or you don’t; you’d only know it when you do. Get me? So life has come to a standstill for me, and as when I start realizing it and has made plans to change, the snowball comes rolling down. Yes, it’s coming down at full speed. Cos this snowball is quite huge and it comes tumbling down
from the upper course of the slope where velocity is high and erosion predominates but deposition is weak, all the way down to the lower course (where I’m standing at) where the gradient is gentle and velocity drops plus erosion cannot happen thus deposition occurs. So in this sense, I’m gonna be all covered up by the deposition resulted that is occurring from the erosion afore-mentioned when the snowball hits me. Gosh.
In view of the sacred month of Ramadhan, I hope I get the barakath from Him. I hope we all would as well! *in dire need of
taubatan nasuha* An
ustaz reminded the
jamaah after our
tarawih prayes yester night that Rasulullah (pbuh) one said of the month of Ramadhan being segregated into 3 parts of 10 days each in accordance to the 30 days or so – the first 10 in which Allah swt bestows upon the
ummah his
Rahmat, the mid-10 in which God will be at his Most Forgiving and Merciful and the last 10 Muslims who fully devote themselves to God in it will be let off from the
minannar, or hellfire for its doors wil be tightly closed.
So on a lighter note, if you’re reading this, along with me, let’s all do the
Syukran Sajda to Him cos we have lived to see this year’s Ramadhan, for we are in total uncertainty to see next year’s.
Alhamdulillahi rabbil Alamiin.
You know something; it really makes me feel so much better after typing out my thoughts though it’s kinda funny letting others know your problems. So no, I’m not begging to be pitied upon here. It feels as if a huge load of information has been downloaded to this space off my mind’s hard-disk. Haha! Really, I’m smiling at this point in time. Besides, I get to read what I’m really bothered by. You can’t always rely on your mind to think of so many things can you? Although coming to think of it, reading them over again seems like putting them all back into my mind. Hahaha.
Ok so getting back to the harsh reality, which starts after I click on the “Publish Post” button. It’s time I changed my life!
Marhaba ya Ramadhan people.

Ramadhan al-Mubarak!
Hello people. So how's everyone doing? Good, yes? No? Hah.
So the Moslems all around the globe will be welcoming the great month of Ramadhan, the month of Barakath in which we will all diligently fast in. It's gonna be as good as before, if not better! However, I'm so not looking forward to this year's AidilFitri, or better known to the non-Moslems - Hari Raya! Hah. I dunno if it's just me or what. But guess I’m feeling a little bit too old to feel all excited over it no more. Well, I guess the only thing I like about it now is that I get to meet my relatives whom some only appear before me once, or twice for that matter, while the rest never did! Hah.
So a little background info on Ramadhan and the months before it, particularly 2 months back. So 2 months back we have the month of Rejab, which God had mentioned it being our beloved Prophet Muhammad’s (pbuh) month, then comes the month of Syaaban where it is God’s month – I hope I didn’t get these two mixed up! Yup so these months do have their specialty and such, and they too have their significance. And now we have the month of Ramadhan due in a day’s time and it is our month! Yup yup. So let’s give it all out shall we? It’s a month of forgiveness, repentance, and such. Not one month is better than this one.
The whole month of Ramadhan is a period of spiritual training wherein believers devote much of their time to fasting, praying, recitating the Qur'an, remembering God, and giving charity. Oh yes, in this beautiful month, specifically in the last 10 days of it there’ll be a particular night (which we, Moslems, weren’t told specifically), – Laylat al-Qadr, literally the Night of Decree or Night of Measures – in which during Prophet Muhammad’s (pbuh) time when he was 40, the Holy Qur’an got its first Surahs, or verses, which then over a period of 23 years the whole Qur’an was revealed totally. One who misses it, by not devoting him/herself to God for even a second will miss the opportunity of a thousand years! However because of the revealed importance of this night, Muslims strive harder in the last ten days of Ramadhan since the Laylat al-Qadr could be one of the odd-numbered days in these last ten (the first, third, fifth, seventh or ninth). Normally, Moslems would perform an I'tikaf in the mosque (i.e they remain in the mosque all day long) for prayer and recitation.
So yeah! These are just some of the things I remember, read on and know on the month of Barakath - the month of Ramadhan and its associations.
So all in all, I’d like to wish to all Moslems Ramadhan al-Mubarak! Puase eh, jangan tak pause! Heh.

Thank Goodness It's Fridayyy
Hah yup it's Friday! Okay I don't know what blogger finds what day today is. Hah. So after a week of mugging, and battling my illness which *sighs* forget it. Haha.
Hmmm.. OK so I wanna announce the winner, rather the person who got my riddle right -- Cheryl! Haha congrats, girl! Remember the riddle?
"Can you think of a crime that is punishable if attempted but not punishable is actually committed?"Yup this one. So the answer is: Suicide. Hahaha.
However the sad fact is that Cheryl was the only one who perhaps noticed the riddle. Hah. The nicer thing was, yeah she got it right the first time! Hah. Okay why am I so excited over this. Hahaha.
Okay so here's the next riddle. And it's gonna be a long one!
Three friends checked into a motel for the night and the receptionist told them the bill for their rooms is $30, to be paid in advance. So they each paid the clerk $10 and went to their respective rooms.
A few minutes after that, the clerk realized he has made an error by overcharging the trio $5. He then asked the bellboy to help him return the extra $5 to the 3 friends. The bellboy sees this as an opportunity to keep the $2 for himself as he reasoned that the three friends would have had a tough time dividing $5 evenly among them; so he decided to tell them that the clerk has made a mistake of overcharging only $3, thus giving $1 back to each of the friends. He pocketed the leftover $2 and left for home.
Now, each of the three friends gets $1 back, thus they each paid $9 for the their respective rooms, which is a total of $27 for the night. We know the bellboy pocketed $2 and adding that to the $27, you get $29, not $30 which was originally spent for the rooms!
So where the hell did the last dollar go?!Heh! Think hard all right! But don't do this at the expense of your revisions ah! Hahahhaa.
OK so here's the Random Photo A Day:

Hah. So you think working in a washing machine is easy ya? Just look at the mess she has to clean up even when she'd done cleaning your laundry. So people, after you read this, go give a tap or a slight knock on your washing machine and say,
"Hey, I really appreciate all that you've done for me, yeah? Sorry if i never thought about how you feel when i chuck in a day's worth of dirty laundry for you to wash. Come on, I'll give ya a day off from cleaning. What's that compared to the years of service you've given, right?"
Yup. You'd never know how nice the person in your washing machine feels. For all you know, he or she might even return a tap or two. Hahahahah!! Wth wth.
